  • Do you install flooring?

    Yes, we install all of the flooring we sell, including carpet, LVP flooring, laminate flooring, sheet vinyl, hardwood, ceramic tile, and more.

  • Do you offer warranties?

    Product warranties differ. Carpet warranties are simply the manufacturer's warranties. LVP and laminate warranties differ between products — from five years to lifetime.   • What payment options are available?

We also have extended financing available on approved credit. We require a 50% deposit with the balance paid upon completion of the job. Products that are not installed must be paid in full before the product leaves the store.

  • What's your return policy?

    Special order products are not returnable. Carpets can’t be returned after installation. Hard surface products that we sell and stock (LVP, laminates, etc.) can be returned if the boxes are unopened. Remnants are not returnable.

    Special order products cannot be canceled. In-stock products can be canceled with a full refund before installation. Please give us a 48-hour notice at the minimum.
